Services The structure process of the Quality Assurance Team is made according to the various types of services. We focus the circle of light upon planning the work from ground zero level, so our Quality Assurance Team will have a clear understanding of their contribution in the big picture and consequently they will achieve and deliver a high-quality service. This will help each and every staff personnel to be aware of their role and what is required and expected from them. The project planning process is based upon multiple factors, such as the client's brief, the work procedures to be followed, key element of the work, milestones to be achieved, procurement of materials and machines, volume of skilled labors required, .... etc. While establishing such system, our guidelines were created and based in accordance with the standards of ISO , as well as all known and accepted practices prevailing in the construction industry, CERSTEUNION which are all strictly followed. Quality assurance team will monitor the work to make sure that it is carried out in accordance with the project plan, and will return documentary evidences and reports to the Project Manager to complete the Quality Control System.
